For the White Chocolate Mousse:
- 4 oz (115 g) white chocolate, chopped π«
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, divided π₯
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar π₯
Directions:
- Prepare the Brownie Base:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a medium bowl. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt, and mix until combined.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool completely before adding the mousse layers. - Make the Dark Chocolate Mousse:
