Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup crab meat
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 large shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix breadcrumbs, crab meat, parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • Butterfly the shrimp and lay them flat in a greased baking dish.
  • Place a spoonful of the stuffing on each shrimp.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until shrimp are cooked and the stuffing is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use fresh crab meat. Serve with lemon wedges and a side salad.
