  • 2 cans of lemon pie filling 1 block 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 box lemon cake mix 1 cup unsalted butter, melted Optional: whipped cream, powdered sugar, or lemon zest for garnish

  • 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. 2. Spread 2 cans of lemon pie filling evenly across the bottom of the dish. 3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drop dollops over the lemon pie filling. 4. Sprinkle the lemon cake mix evenly on top without stirring. 5. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the cake mix. 6. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden and the filling bubbles at the edges. 7. Let cool for 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream or lemon zest if desired.
